October 14, 2010 - The EPA published a one year extension to the SPCC compliance date for most affected facilities, by which time those facilities will need to prepare/amend and implement SPCC plans that address the new provisions. This action pushes the compliance date out until November 10, 2011 to allow more time for facilities to understand the November 2009 rule revisions.
