PSD and Title V Permitting Guidance for Greenhouse Gases
December 1, 2010 - The public comment period for the U.S. EPA's "PSD and Title V Permitting Guidance for Greenhouse Gases" has come to an end. On January 2, 2011, the PSD and Title V permitting rules for GHGs become effective for major sources that would otherwise be subject to PSD and Title V permitting for applicable pollutants. This first Tailoring Rule step is effective from January 2 through June 30, 2011.
